Hyatt Place Blacksburg/University

I have to reiterate my satisfaction and overwhelming gratitude for the staff, particularly Conner and Michael, who were working Fri night, 7-6-23. They were caring, patient and Conner helped me in the middle of a complete exhaustive breakdown in the lobby. He surely didn't have to do so, but he went over and above his job description. He is my hero. The whole staff was attentive and accommodating. NOBODY was on their phones, which is really saying something these days. I cannot say enough wonderful things about ALL the staff at the Hyatt. I will pick the Hyatt for EVERY stay possible because of this trip.

The breakfast was an impressive layout. Everything was well stocked and looked very fresh! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stayed for 3 evenings. The Hyatt had an amazing breakfast bar with tons of fruit and many options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very close to VA Tech with lots of sidewalks and just a short walk to Main street. Quite a few restaurants in the area to choose for lunch and dinner and a CVS very near by.

I would 100% recommend Hyatt Place to friends and family. Our room was very clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was modern and large. Breakfast exceptional!

It was a great hotel for stopping over on the way to somewhere else. Our original destination was DC and Delaware. It's a really nice hotel with great, friendly staff.
