My recent stay at the hotel was a delightful experience marked by cleanliness, a complimentary breakfast, and courteous staff. The hotel's pristine conditions were a testament to the staff's commitment to maintaining a spotless environment, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast proved to be both delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to each day of my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's team demonstrated unwavering attentiveness and professionalism, enhancing the overall quality of my experience. From the cleanliness of the room to the comfortable accommodations, every aspect of my stay contributed to a memorable and enjoyable visit.

I have to reiterate my satisfaction and overwhelming gratitude for the staff, particularly Conner and Michael, who were working Fri night, 7-6-23. They were caring, patient and Conner helped me in the middle of a complete exhaustive breakdown in the lobby. He surely didn't have to do so, but he went over and above his job description. He is my hero. The whole staff was attentive and accommodating. NOBODY was on their phones, which is really saying something these days. I cannot say enough wonderful things about ALL the staff at the Hyatt. I will pick the Hyatt for EVERY stay possible because of this trip.

This has been the best hotel experience I have ever had. The room is very stylish, ultra clean, with a huge walk in shower. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I had the best night's sleep in quite some time. Actual china and silverware for breakfast (most places are stuck on paper, plastic, etc. It is a pity I won't be back in the area, but if I do visit again, I am staying here again!

We were there on Memorial Day Monday, so we thought that Breakfast was going to be open until 10 a.m. (weekend hours) and when we came down to breakfast 10 minutes after the room was closed, a very nice staffer offered to put together a go box for us--very appreciated.

We stayed here in May when we came down to tour VA Tech with our son and loved the location of the hotel, the price, and the staff. So, when we returned once he got accepted to Tech we decided immediately to stay here again. It is a great, little gem. We will stay here every time we come to Tech.
